The team is led by Andrew and Kay Clarke.  We have over 55 years combined experience in procurement & the foodservice industry . Initially we spent many years being rigoursly trained by many of the major foodservice suppliers e.g. 3663 & Brakes. We then decided to cut our carbon footprint (60,000 plus motorway miles a year) and better re-allocate our knowledge to the benefit of Independent and Regional clients.

Since that point we have made saving in excess of £5 Million for our client base. Our knowledge can enable you to reduce your overall cost of goods & help you to organise your supply chain. We have in place a number of key supplier deals which you can tap into to help your gross profit & other operational areas of your business. We have an excellent track record of saving up to 10% on your purchases.

 

Kay Clarke

Joint Managing Director

Over 25 years experience within Food Wholesaling, managing Large National Clients from Leisure and Hotels such as Marriott & Starwood Hotels through to Prisons, in excess of £70m pa.  Purchasing on behalf of national clients, achieving average savings of 10% per annum.

Recent clients include - Giraffe - Harry Ramsden - Ed's Easy Diner - Fishworks - Slim Chickens & Nottcuts Garden Centres.

 

Andrew Clarke

Joint Managing Director

Over 30 years experience in food wholesaling, managing large National Clients such as TGI Friday's, Greene King & Ikea, to running a team within the Commercial Sector, in excess of £80m pa.  Purchasing on behalf of national restaurant chains, Schools and key food wholesalers.
Recent Clients include - Byron Hamburgers - A to Z Catering - London Food Service - Lawlers Cheesecakes & numerous independant restaurants, pubs & academy Schools.
